Dosage recommendations:
Take 2 capsules once a day with warm water.
You can take it at breakfast or lunch. You can adjust the time of taking it according to your energy level and lifestyle. It is recommended to take it at a fixed time. (Generally speaking, the more even the interval between taking it, the more stable the concentration of the active ingredient will be, and the better the effect will be)
Please note that we do not recommend taking it within 2 hours after drinking tea, coffee or other caffeinated beverages (such as cola).
