This premium supplement provides 600 mg of calcium in the easily absorbed form of calcium citrate combined with 1000 IU of vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) to support dietary calcium absorption. The addition of 180 micrograms of vitamin K2 AKA Menaquinone-7 helps maintain bone mineralisation. These three ingredients work hard to support your bone health.

Adult Dosage:
