Directions for Use:
Take once daily, one scoop (approx. 6g) per serving. One jar lasts 28 days (stop for 2–3 days, then continue with the next jar the following month).
Precautions:
Do not dissolve in water above 40°C. It is recommended to add water first, then powder. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.
Usage Instructions:
Prepare a cup before mixing.
Step 1: Pour 125ml of water or beverage (room temperature) into the cup.
Step 2: Add one scoop (approx. 6g) of powder.
