Q: Do I need to charge it for the first time?
A: It is recommended to charge it fully before use for the first time. It takes 3-4 hours to fully charge and it can be used for about 30-40 minutes. The indicator light flashes during charging and stays on after full charging: the charging head needs to be 5V2A and below. It is not recommended to use fast charging to avoid affecting battery life.
Q:What is the gel/medium?
A: The gel is like a protective net on the skin, which not only lubricates the skin during the lifting process, but also helps to conduct balanced energy. The medium can be gel or facial mask.
Note: ① After using it with gel, it is recommended to wash it and then maintain it normally for better results.
②Do not push or pull the skin hard when using the instrument.
Q: What should I pay attention to when using it for the first time?
A: 1. Before using it for the first time, moisturize it (recommend water and lotion essence) to build up tolerance.
2. When using the lifting technique, avoid the apples of the skin. If you use the overclocking mode of A1, it is recommended to apply a repair product.
3. The gel is a skin care product with safe ingredients and extremely low allergenicity. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, it is recommended to do a sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist or behind the ear before use. If there is no discomfort within 2 hours, it can be used normally.
4. If your skin is allergic, wait until it recovers before starting to use it.
