Cancellation

 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Customer cancellations may incur some fees.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 

If you no longer need the product you have purchased. We want all our customers to enjoy their products so if you’re not happy with your order then you can send it back to us. All we ask is that you let us know that you don’t want the order within 30 days of receipt and make sure the item must be unopened, unregistered and unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact customer service through your account section to start this process.

About the return shipping costs,we are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

1.If we sent you the wrong item

2.If the item is damaged or faulty

We will not refund shipping costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by the you. We will not refund shipping costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the testing process if applicable. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Regarding receiving incorrect product,we have high standards for packaging your order, but mistakes do happen. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

Regarding receiving damaged product.Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.Please pay the shipping fee frist and keep the receipt when returning the damaged product, we will start the reimbursement process.We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

You can contact us through your account using the online message center. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Returns are subject to a restocking fee charged to the consumer.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
